The Amorphous Metals Division is affiliated with Dongguan Zhanyi Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., engaged in the industrialization and research and development of amorphous metal materials and products. The Amorphous Metals Division relies on the National Engineering Technology Research Center for Amorphous Microcrystalline Alloys (a national level engineering technology center approved by the National Science and Technology Commission in December 1995), and is a pioneer in the research and development of amorphous and nanocrystalline soft magnetic materials in China.
The National Research Center for Amorphous Microcrystalline Alloy Engineering Technology has a professional and comprehensive research and development team with a reasonable structure. Based on independent research and development, it has broken through the core technology of amorphous nanocrystalline material preparation, and has achieved more than 50 scientific and technological achievements. It has won two second prizes of the National Science and Technology Progress Award and has been authorized to specialize in 31 projects.
The main products of the Amorphous Metals Division are amorphous and nanocrystalline strips, iron core products, and magnetic devices, widely used in transmission and distribution, power electrical, industrial power supply, new energy, consumer electronics, aerospace, transportation and other fields, providing customers with advanced energy-saving materials and solutions.
